The villa rises over its infinity pool at dusk, the terraces glowing above Reed's Point.

Reed's Point reaches into turquoise water, with the villa at its tip and Jolly Harbour beyond.

Warm light picks out the three levels of the villa as evening settles.
Sea Breeze Cove
VILLA • JOLLY HARBOUR, SAINT MARY, ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA
6 Bedrooms • 6 Bathrooms • Sleeps 12
Sea Breeze Cove sits at the very tip of Reed's Point, a slim finger of land on Antigua's west coast where the sea wraps around three sides of the property. The result is a villa that feels almost like a private island, yet Jolly Beach and its calm shallows are a four-minute walk down the hill. Arranged over three levels, the house holds six en-suite bedrooms, generous living rooms that fold open to the terraces, a book-lined study and a home cinema. The centre of the villa is its panoramic terrace, where a long dining table and an infinity-edge pool look straight out over Jolly Harbour and the yachts at anchor. Days here move between the pool, the shaded loungers and a gazebo set right at the water's edge, reached by steps through the garden. A resident house manager keeps everything running quietly and can arrange a private chef, daily housekeeping, yoga, transfers and boat trips, so the holiday is as hands-off as you want it to be. Perimeter cameras and a 24-hour patrol give the point a reassuring sense of privacy. It suits a large family, or two or three couples travelling together, who want space, sea views from almost every room and the freedom of a full villa rather than a resort. V. C. Bird International Airport is roughly a 40-minute drive away.

The dry season from December to April is the classic time to visit, with warm days, low humidity, reliable sunshine and the island's regatta and sailing calendar in full swing. May and early summer stay bright and quieter. June to November is the Atlantic hurricane season, hotter and more humid with occasional heavy showers, but also the best value and the greenest the island looks.
01The Architecture
The villa is built down the slope of Reed's Point across three levels, a form that lets almost every room face the water while keeping the plan open and easy to move through. The style is contemporary Caribbean: white timber balustrades in the traditional cross-brace pattern, pitched roofs with exposed beams, and wide sliding walls that soften the line between…
02The Interior
Inside, the mood is relaxed and collected rather than formal. The main living room centres on deep leather and linen sofas around low stone-topped tables, opening straight onto the terrace so the sea is always in view. Local art in bold colour lifts the pale walls, and carved timber mirrors and rattan pendants nod to the island setting. A separate…
03The Outdoor
The outdoors is where Sea Breeze Cove comes into its own. The panoramic terrace runs the width of the villa, with a long table for alfresco dinners, shaded seating and an infinity pool whose edge dissolves into the sea below. Sun loungers and parasols line the pool deck, and a poolside bar makes evening drinks easy. Steps lead down through…
04The Location
Sea Breeze Cove stands on Reed's Point, a headland on Antigua's sheltered west coast beside Jolly Harbour. It is one of the island's easiest addresses for a villa holiday: Jolly Beach is a four-minute stroll, and the Jolly Harbour marina village, with its supermarket, restaurants and dive and sailing operators, is a few minutes further. The calm Caribbean water here…
