The heart of the chalet is an open-plan living and dining room with a fireplace, a grand piano and walls of glass opening to balconies with panoramic mountain views, while a leisure floor holds a private indoor pool, a sauna, a hammam, a hot tub and massage beds, a home cinema, a games room with a pool table, foosball and a bar, and a glass-walled wine cellar. It is a chalet built for a large group to gather and be entertained, fully staffed and catered so the days run themselves. Megeve's cobbled village centre, with its designer boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants and horse-drawn sleighs, is close by, and the Mont d'Arbois slopes and gondola are moments away. March and early April offer sunnier days and spring snow, often the sweet spot for value and conditions, though being lower than the highest resorts Megeve's snow can soften late in the season. In summer the mountains open for hiking, biking and the celebrated Mont d'Arbois golf, quiet and green.

Sleeping fourteen with a family bunk room and served by a lift, it suits a large family or group who want to gather, and being fully staffed and catered means no one lifts a finger. For a chic, sociable Megeve holiday with everything under one roof, it is hard to better.
