The living room curves around a fireplace with the mountains through the glass.
Courchevel 13 is a catered ski-in ski-out chalet in the heart of Courchevel 1850, renovated in 2023 and arranged over 600 square metres for up to fourteen guests. Six en-suite bedrooms, one a family room with a double and bunk beds, sit above open living rooms with a fireplace and a balcony framing the Saulire and the pistes below. A lift links the floors to a wellness area with a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room, and a cosy media snug gives the group somewhere to gather after dark. Best of all, the slopes are around fifty metres away, so you ski straight in and out, and a ski room keeps boots warm. Days are looked after: a daily chef cooks breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, with a housekeeper and a chauffeur on hand and a meet and greet on arrival. The boutiques and restaurants of 1850 are a short walk. It suits a larger family or group who want the slopes on the doorstep, room to spread out and the ease of a catered home. Chambery Airport is around a one hour forty-five drive, and the Courchevel altiport is minutes away.

Courchevel is a winter resort first, and the chalet is at its best from December to April when the Trois Vallees is in full swing. December to February brings the most reliable snow and the festive buzz, with the Christmas, New Year and February half-term weeks the busiest. March and early April offer longer, sunnier days and spring snow, often the sweet spot for value and conditions. In summer the mountains reopen for hiking, biking and golf, quiet and green, though most guests come for the ski season.
