What that means in practice is that guests never have to think about logistics, which is precisely the point of a property at this level. The proximity to the Dou du Midi piste at 50 metres is also genuinely rare: most chalets in 1850 that market themselves as near the slopes are a 5-10 minute walk away. At 837 square metres, this is one of the few chalets in the resort that can absorb a group of 14 without feeling like a dormitory.
