The first-floor sauna with its panoramic terrace looking across the rooftops of Antibes is the detail that separates Villa Cuvier from the rack of similarly priced Côte d'Azur villas: it is an unexpected amenity at this bedroom count, and the view makes it genuinely worth using. Staying here feels quieter and more local than equivalent properties closer to Cannes or Juan-les-Pins, partly because Cap d'Antibes is a residential peninsula rather than a resort town. Unlike most three-bedroom villas in this price bracket on the Riviera, the proximity to named cultural sites, the Monet cove and the Picasso Museum makes the area feel enriching rather than purely hedonistic.

Villa Cuvier sits on the Cap d'Antibes peninsula on the Côte d'Azur, between the towns of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. The Cap is one of the Riviera's most prestigious and private residential areas, distinct from the busier resort strips of Cannes and Nice, with several named beaches within walking distance and the old town of Antibes 2km away.

Villa Cuvier does not include a private chef. Mid-week maid service is included in the rental. A laundry service and wine delivery are available on request at an additional cost. The villa is fully self-catering, with a well-equipped kitchen including an American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and ice maker.

Arrival is from 17:00 and departure is by 10:00.

The nearest commercial airport is Nice Côte d'Azur, approximately 16km from the villa and around 20 minutes by road. For private aviation, Cannes Mandelieu Airport is approximately 15km away and accepts private and charter aircraft, making it a convenient alternative to Nice for private arrivals.

The ground-floor master bedroom allows adults to sleep separately from the upper-floor twin rooms, which works well for families. The 750-metre walk to the nearest beach does not require a road crossing according to the villa description, though guests with very young children should verify the route in advance.

Salis beach, 800 metres away, has regular water sports activities and a yacht club. The coastal walk around the Cap d'Antibes peninsula is one of the most scenic on the Riviera. Antibes old town, the Picasso Museum and the Marché Provençal are all within 2km. Cannes is 11km for festivals, shopping and further dining. Grasse, the world's perfume capital, is 22km and St Paul de Vence, known for its contemporary art galleries, is 17km.

Cap d'Antibes village amenities are approximately 1km from the villa, around a ten to fifteen minute walk. Antibes town centre, with its old town, market, train station and wider range of shops and restaurants, is 2km away. Juan-les-Pins is also 2km in the other direction.
