The property sleeps twelve guests and is one of the few villas in Cortina to combine a full wellness suite with genuine entertainment depth: a dedicated games room with wet bar, a private gym, a wine cellar and a home cinema with velvet loungers sit alongside the sauna, steam room and orchid-ringed indoor pool. The main suite adds a log fire and Jacuzzi bath, with panoramic Dolomite views from its windows. The design runs across four interconnected levels, each with a distinct purpose, making the property function less like a holiday villa and more like a private members' club for twelve. The detail that most guests will not immediately register is the indoor pool's setting: orchids and candlelight rather than the tile-and-chrome aesthetic that dominates comparable properties at this price point. It signals that someone made deliberate aesthetic choices throughout, rather than simply specifying expensive fixtures. Experientially, this villa functions as a self-contained retreat in a way most six-bedroom alpine properties do not. Most Cortina villas at this level send guests out for wellness and entertainment. Here, the cinema, gym, spa, wine cellar and games room mean you could plausibly never leave, which is exactly what a group of twelve will want on a cold Dolomite evening. Winter, from December through March, is the primary season for skiing, with Christmas and February half-term being peak periods. January offers reliable snow with fewer crowds. Summer, from June to August, is excellent for hiking and via ferrata with cooler temperatures than the Italian plains. The resort is quieter and most accessible in July and August for non-skiers.

The host advises that having a car gives the most flexibility for reaching ski lifts, restaurants and shops in Cortina d'Ampezzo, particularly outside peak season when some local amenities have reduced hours. Airport transfers can be arranged through the host.
