Little Bay Villas is a contemporary all-inclusive estate set on a limestone cliff above a private cove near The Valley on Anguilla. Two glass-and-white villas, the North Villa and the South Villa, step down the headland through tropical gardens to infinity pools and hot tubs, with the turquoise water of the cove directly below. Between them they hold ten en-suite bedrooms and sleep 20, most rooms set up with king beds and private balconies, and several with direct ocean views. The estate is run on a genuinely all-inclusive basis: a private chef serves three meals a day in changing settings, drinks flow freely, and a personal guest experience specialist arranges the days. The list of what is included is unusually long, from up to six spa treatments a day and sessions with a resident tennis pro to nightly kayaking, a sunset cruise, cooking classes and rum tastings. Families are well looked after, with a daily children's activity programme and complimentary babysitting. The design is clean and modern, all floor-to-ceiling glass, pale stone and driftwood, with open-plan living rooms that slide back completely to the pool decks. Outside there are two pools, hot tubs, a tennis court and padel court, a sauna and gym, shaded gazebos and a clifftop deck that turns into an outdoor cinema after dark. This is a clifftop, oceanfront position rather than a beach one, with the sand at Crocus Bay and Little Bay a short drive or boat ride away. Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport is about 15 minutes by road.

The two-villa layout lets a group of 20 take the whole headland while keeping bedrooms spread across separate buildings, and the position above a private cove gives it a sense of seclusion that beachfront houses rarely match. Little Bay Villas is set on a cliff above Little Bay cove near The Valley, on the north coast of Anguilla. It is not on the sand: it takes an elevated, oceanfront clifftop position with sea views, while the swimming beaches at Crocus Bay and Little Bay are a short drive or boat ride away.

The estate sleeps 20 across ten en-suite bedrooms, split between two villas, the North Villa and the South Villa. Most rooms are set up with king beds, several of which can convert to twins, and many have private balconies with ocean or garden views.

The nearest airport is Clayton J. Lloyd International (AXA) on Anguilla, about 15 minutes by road, served by regional flights and private aviation. Most long-haul travellers fly into Princess Juliana International (SXM) on Sint Maarten and cross to Anguilla by a short ferry from Blowing Point or by private charter. Airport transfers are included.

Yes. There is a daily children's activity programme with arts, crafts and kids' cooking classes, complimentary babysitting for up to eight hours a day, and watersports and bikes for all ages. Cots can be provided. As a clifftop property above the sea, families with very young children should note the elevated setting.

On the estate there are two infinity pools and hot tubs, a tennis court with a resident pro, a padel court, a sauna and gym, and an outdoor cinema on the clifftop deck. Kayaks, paddleboards, snorkelling and a sunset cruise are included, and the spa offers a range of treatments. Anguilla's beaches, restaurants and boat trips are all close by.
