Inside, an open-plan living and dining area sits beside a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a home cinema comes with a games table and a sectional sofa. We chose Villa Awa for its position and its ease. The Leeward end of Providenciales is quieter than the main Grace Bay strip, and the villa sits right on a sheltered cove with its own stretch of soft sand, so the beach feels private. The detail people notice is how the outdoor space is layered, a pool terrace, a shaded dining loggia, a firepit lounge and a hammock deck tucked among the palms, so there is always somewhere new to settle. Unlike many houses of this size, it comes with two butlers and a chef as standard, along with kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles, which makes a family holiday genuinely easy.
