The rooftop hot tub positioning maximises the sea views whilst maintaining privacy from neighbouring properties, a consideration often overlooked in Oia's tightly packed landscape. Most significantly, the separate guest house provides genuine flexibility for multi-generational groups, allowing both togetherness and independence. The combination of hotel-level service (daily housekeeping, private chef) with villa-level space is increasingly rare in Santorini, where many properties compromise on either service or amenities.
